This class has been canceled due to the minimum enrollment not being reached.

In class, we will be going over crumb coating cakes, covering them with fondant, adding a leather-like texture to fondant, adding fondant accents, and airbrushing. Each student will create their own 9 x 6 edible book to take home and enjoy/show off! Harry Potter-themed books are not required but greatly encouraged (Bry is an HP nerd if you didn’t already pick up on that). All supplies are included in the class fee.

Time: 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM

All supplies will be provided in class. Some tools will need to be shared.

Cancellation Policy: If you signed up for a class and cannot attend please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds will be given to students who notify AZ Cake Shoppe at least 72 hours prior to the class. A fee of $25 will be retained for any cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to class. No refunds will be given to cancellations received after the start of class.
