DESCRIPTION:In this class\, you’ll learn how to cook\, store and work with isomalt. Students will use poured sugar and molds to create beautiful jewels to adorn your cake. This is a perfect way to jazz up a princess cake or add a little elegance to any cake! All the gems made in class are yours to take home. You learn how to make gorgeous edible gems that sparkle and make poured sugar butterflies. Supplies for this class will be provided for your use and are available for purchase. \nNOTE: YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH HOT SUGAR. MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER  \nTime: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM \nCost of Class: $75.00 \nSkill Level: Adult Beginner/Intermediate \nClass Size: 8 students maximum \nCancellation Policy: If you signed up for a class and cannot attend please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds will be given to students who notify AZ Cake Shoppe at least 72 hours prior to the class. A fee of $25 will be retained for any cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to class. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the start of class.
