DESCRIPTION:Learn how to create quick and easy elegant cupcakes that are great for any occasion! In class\, students will learn how to pipe the beautiful traditional swirl to frost the cupcakes as well as work with fondant to create ribbon roses\, fantasy flowers\, and other fondant accents. Students will decorate a dozen cupcakes to take home and enjoy\, as well as impress\, family and friends. \nAll supplies will be furnished in class. \nTime: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM \nSkill Level: Adult – Beginner \nClass Size: 10 students maximum \nCancellation Policy: If you signed up for a class and cannot attend please notify us as soon as possible. DESCRIPTION:Oh the dreaded buttercream rose. Everyone has a love/hate relationship with this flower. It is beautiful on cakes and cupcakes but a little tricky to master. In this class\, we will focus on making buttercream roses breaking down this little flower step by step to make sure you are successful. We will also be discussing flower arrangements on cakes and piping techniques. Each student will take home a decorated 6-inch cake\, decorating tips\, and possibly a slight hand cramp.
