SUMMARY:Fundamentals of Cake Decorating 101
DESCRIPTION:Experience the excitement of creating a special cake or dessert for that special occasion. The best way to do this is to start with the basics. These basic skills are taught step by step with practice time in class and encouragement for practice at home. \nIn this course\, you will make buttercream frosting\, frost and fill a cake\, and make impressive decorations such as drop flowers\, rosettes\, shells\, stars and more. You will see just how easy and rewarding it is to decorate wonderful cakes and other desserts that will delight your family and friends. \nAll supplies for this class are furnished along with a basic kit just for you. This class starts promptly at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. with a 30 minute break for lunch. \nStudents need to bring the following items to class: \n\nSnacks & Lunch\nContainer to take finished cake home (Cake Tote)\n2 Quart Bowl or container with lid (to store your frosting)\n\nCost of Class: $115.00 \nSkill Level: Adult – Beginner \nClass Size: Due to COVID this session is limited to 5 students maximum \nCancellation Policy: If you signed up for a class and cannot attend please notify us as soon as possible. At the end of the class\, all students will complete a cake with basket weave and then add other decorations of their choice. \nAll supplies for this class are furnished.
