SUMMARY:Halloween Cookies with Isomalt Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Students will be in for a treat with a fun filled day of bubbling sugar\, delicious cookies\, and sweet icing in this hybrid class. Class will begin with Bonnie going over the basics of isomalt and students pouring certain aspects of the cookie designs. While the hot bubbling sugar cools\, Bry will take over the class and go through royal icing techniques to finish decorating the cookies.  Since it is a 6-hour class\, we recommend bringing a lunch or snacks so you do not get hangry throughout the day. All the supplies are furnished.
