Students will be in for a treat with a fun filled day of bubbling sugar, delicious cookies, and sweet icing in this hybrid class. Class will begin with Bonnie going over the basics of isomalt and students pouring certain aspects of the cookie designs. While the hot bubbling sugar cools, Bry will take over the class and go through royal icing techniques to finish decorating the cookies.  Since it is a 6-hour class, we recommend bringing a lunch or snacks so you do not get hangry throughout the day. All the supplies are furnished. This is an ADULTS ONLY class since students will be working with hot sugar.

Cancellation Policy: If you signed up for a class and cannot attend please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds will be given to students who notify AZ Cake Shoppe at least 72 hours prior to the class. A fee of $25 will be retained for any cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to class. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the start of class.
