Now that you’ve mastered the basics of cake decorating with Fundamentals of Cake Decorating 101 it’s time to expand those skills.

In this course, you will learn five new borders, fleur-de-lis, cornelli lace, and how to pipe a buttercream bow on your cake. At the end of the class, all students will complete a cake with a basket weave and then add other decorations of their choice.

All supplies for this class are furnished. This class starts promptly at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. with a 30-minute break for lunch.

Cancellation Policy: If you signed up for a class and cannot attend please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds will be given to students who notify AZ Cake Shoppe at least 72 hours prior to the class. A fee of $25 will be retained for any cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to class. No refunds will be given to cancellations received after the start of class.
