Now that you’ve mastered the basics of cake decorating it’s time to expand those skills.

In this course, you will learn five new borders, fleur-de-lis, cornelli lace and how to pipe a buttercream bow on your cake. At the end of the class, all students will complete a cake with basket weave and then add other decorations of their choice.

All supplies for this class are furnished. This class starts promptly at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. with a 30-minute break for lunch.

Students need to bring the following items to class:

• Snacks & Lunch
• Container to take finished cake home (Cake Tote)

Class Size: 8 students maximum

Cancellation Policy: If you signed up for a class and cannot attend please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds will be given to students who notify AZ Cake Shoppe at least 72 hours prior to the class. A fee of $25 will be retained for any cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to class.
